Nature of the Service
TOP EVENTS operates in two ways: as the direct organizer and producer of our own events, and as an intermediary platform that facilitates the purchase of tickets for events listed by other organizers or third-party companies.
When Top Events is the direct organizer, we are fully responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of that event. When an event is hosted by a third-party organizer, TOP EVENTS acts solely as a ticketing intermediary, and responsibility for the event itself lies with that organizer, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Purchasing Process
- All purchases made on the site are subject to availability.
- An order is not considered confirmed until the user receives a confirmation email.
- The user is responsible for verifying that the information provided is correct before completing the purchase.
Payment Policy
- Payments are processed through secure payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or others).
- By making a purchase, you authorize payment of the total amount of the order, including taxes and additional charges.
Refund Policy
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges.

- If the event is rescheduled, the ticket will remain valid for the new date.
- This policy applies equally to events organized directly by Top Events and to events organized by third-party companies.
Ticket Delivery
- Tickets will be sent via email or as a digital download.
- It is the user's responsibility to provide a valid email address.
- In some cases, tickets can be picked up as late as a few hours before the event.
Changes to Events

For events organized by third-party companies, TOP EVENTS is not responsible for any changes made by those organizers. For events organized directly by Top Events, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users of any changes as soon as possible.
User Responsibility
The user agrees to:

- Do not provide false information.
- Comply with the event and venue rules.
